+LICENSE.txt is an unmodified copy from the qpdf 12.4.1-1 package used for
+the local Linux build (/usr/share/licenses/qpdf/LICENSE.txt).
+DocView uses the public libqpdf API inside PDFWorker to read annotation
+border dictionaries. It does not modify or embed qpdf source code.
+
+The local Linux install uses the system libqpdf shared library. A Windows
+distribution must include the notices and licenses for the actual qpdf
+binary and its linked dependencies as part of the release packaging review.
